Your Account Manager will continue to work with you until you achieve the result you want.

EXO are unique in that we are contactable throughout the day and evening - from 8am to 8pm - as we understand the difficulties of communicating during work hours and also the need to update when the situation dictates, not waiting until the next working day. We can also be contactable during weekends when required.
